Title Research of Transport Distribution after Trunk-injection with Imidacloprid into the Tree and Control of Semiothisa Cinerearia
Abstract
The technical is injection pesticide into the trunk of the tree and then transport to every part of the tree to control plant disease and pest.pesticide will not affect by natural environment such as the rain,drought etc,not limited by the height and the damage position of the tree,avoid pollute the environment,protect people,animal and other insect from the pesticide,for the pesticide inject to the plant directly,not contact with environment,apply medicine to the tree accuracy,high utilization of the pesticide.So it is one perfect pesticide utilize technical as it has high compatible with environment.To optimize this new technical and support the injection technical,this study researched on develop of injection,the injection transport and distribution in the tree,and the effect of Semiothisa cinerearia control.
1.Develop of the tree trunks injection(2%imidacloprid ME)According to the selection of solvent,assist solvent,surfactant,assist surfactant and determine the quality of the original product each item,the final injection ingredient as follows :
Pesticide(percentage)2% Complex solvent 10% Complex surfactant 15% Assist surfactant 2% Water complement to 100%
2:Research onthe distribution of imidacloprid in the tree after injectionIn the three hours the pesticide will approach the biggest residues in the tree trunks and leaves,the residues will first rapidly and then slowly drop down,and the transport speed of xylem is faster than the leaves.Pesticide residues time is long in the tree,we can detect pesticide after injection in the tree trunks and twenty days after injection in the leaves.In the 24 hours the pesticide residues keep a high level in the leaves,according as the follow control.
3.Comparation effect of injection imidacloprid,Azadirachtin and acephate to control Semiothisa cinerearia Injection of imidacloprid and acephate get the optimize effect on control Semiothisa cinerearia, and can effectively control the damage of Semiothisa cinerearia.Imidacloprid has very strong systemic Poison,and stomach Poison,Contact Poison effect.The effect of pesticide have long times duration when treat with 0.003g/ml can contol 82.2%pest in 48h.The pesticide will transport to the leaf follows the rising after injection imidacloprid to the tree,in a short time the leaf can absorb some of the medicine during the transport,it can smoothly transport because of the microemulsion minuteness fluid,finally get the better control effect.
